Villas: more rooms, more walls.
Villas have more of everything that takes signal away: more floors, more internal walls, home theatres and basements, and often a gated community that put the nearest tower some distance off.
Where the signal goes.
Size and depth
Rooms in the middle of a large floor plate can be several walls from the outside. Signal that’s fine at the front door is gone by the study.
Multiple floors and a basement
Each slab is a barrier. Basements, home theatres and storage rooms are frequently dead zones.
Distance from towers
Gated villa communities are often low-rise and spread out, with fewer towers nearby.
What we measure here.
Every job starts with a reading, room by room. No guesses.
- Every room on every floor, per network, including staff quarters and the basement
- Outdoor readings around the plot to find the strongest point
- Rooms that matter most: home office, master bedroom, parents’ room
- Wi-Fi coverage across floors for Wi-Fi calling
What usually works.
The readings decide. These are the routes we most often recommend for villas. If the SignalCheck says none of them will help, we'll tell you.
Whole-house Wi-Fi plus Wi-Fi calling
In many villas, good Wi-Fi on every floor is the lowest-cost route to reliable calls.
A SignalFix install planned for the whole house
Through a lawful route agreed before work starts, covering the rooms the readings say need it.
A community-level request
If neighbouring villas see the same thing, a joint request to operators, backed by readings, carries weight.
We don't sell or install mobile signal boosters. Every install goes through a lawful route agreed in writing before work starts. Why.
Readings before. Readings after.
Every SignalFix job ends with a Bar Certificate: the same reading in the same rooms, taken again and signed.
