What we collect

When you book: your name, mobile number, locality, the type of property, the networks you use, the rooms where calls drop, and any notes you add. During a SignalCheck: signal readings for each room. If you allow analytics cookies, anonymous usage data about how the site is used.

Why

To contact you about your SignalCheck, carry out the visit, prepare your report and quote, and, if you go ahead, your Bar Certificate. We don't sell your data.

Readings and case studies

We publish readings from a job only with the customer's written consent, and only in the form they approve.
