SignalFix Book a SignalCheck
For RWAs and facility managers

Gated communities: one survey, every block.

When residents across a community complain about calls, the fix isn’t one flat at a time. A community-wide SignalCheck shows which towers, floors, basements and lifts are affected, on which networks, so the RWA can decide once and act with evidence.

Why it happens

Where the signal goes.

01

Uneven coverage between towers

Blocks on one side of the community can be shadowed by others. Residents in the same complex get very different experiences.

02

Common areas

Basement parking, lifts, the clubhouse and the gym are usually the worst, and they’re where security and emergency calls matter.

03

Operator-by-operator differences

One network may be fine while another is poor. A single complaint rarely captures that.

SignalCheck

What we measure here.

Every job starts with a reading, room by room. No guesses.

How a SignalCheck works

  • A sampled reading plan across towers and floors, agreed with the RWA
  • Every basement level, lift car and common area
  • Each operator separately
  • A written report the RWA can share with residents and operators
The fix

What usually works.

The readings decide. These are the routes we most often recommend for gated communities. If the SignalCheck says none of them will help, we'll tell you.

Operator in-building coverage

For large communities, the right route is often in-building coverage deployed by the operators or licensed infrastructure providers. Our report is the evidence to request it.

A SignalFix install for common areas

For basements, lifts and the clubhouse, through a lawful route agreed with the RWA before work starts.

Connectivity rating readiness

TRAI now rates properties for digital connectivity. See getting ready for the rating.

How we work with an RWA

One point of contact, a survey plan agreed in advance, residents informed before technicians visit, and a report presented to the committee. Readings are shared only in the form the RWA approves.

Proof

Readings before. Readings after.

Every SignalFix job ends with a Bar Certificate: the same reading in the same rooms, taken again and signed.

About the Bar Certificate

Questions

About gated communities.

Can individual residents book separately?
Yes. But if several residents report the same problem, a community survey usually costs less per flat and gives the RWA something to act on.
Will you talk to the operators for us?
We can prepare the evidence and the request. Whether operators deploy coverage is their decision. We’ll be honest about what’s likely.
SignalCheck · room by room

Bring the signal home.

Tell us which rooms drop calls. We’ll measure every one, and tell you honestly what will fix it.
